Q: What is your uptime guarantee?
A: We guarantee 99.9% uptime. You can view our
uptime stats here.
If we're down than for more than one hour in total in a month, your
next month is free. If you pay yearly, you receive account credit.
Q: I believe
that an AshServ client is abusing the Terms of Service and/or
performing illegal activity on AshServ servers. What should I do?
A: We handle all
abuse claims seriously and promptly. Please contact us either by phone
or email. If emailing, be sure to include the word 'Abuse' in the
subject so we can handle your case with priority.
Q: Can I upgrade or downgrade my account?
A:
Certainly. If you wish to upgrade your account at any time, then this
is possible. You simply pay the new fee the next time your usual
billing cycle comes around. If you wish to downgrade your account, as
long as the lower package has more disk space than you have used, then
this is possible. Just contact Support and we will sort it all out for
you. If you have more than a month of hosting paid for, we will credit
the unpaid time to your account and this can be used to pay for your
upgraded service.
Q: What if I overuse my resources?
A:
Your account will simply be suspended and we shall make an effort to
contact you. If the overuse is a one off occasion, we shall reinstate
your account as a goodwill gesture. If you happen to overuse your
provided allowance on a regular basis, you will be invited to upgrade
your account.

Q: Can I resell my service?

note that your clients must agree to our terms of service.
Q: Where is my site hosted?
A:
Your site will be hosted in a state-of the-art data centre in London,
the United Kingdom. With fast backbone multiple redundant links to the
Internet, UPSes, and generators, you can guarantee your site will load
quickly wherever you are in the world, no matter what happens.
Q: What if I want a refund?
A:
In the unlikely event that you are not satisfied with our services, we
will offer 100% of your money back within 30 days of purchase. On
subsequent months, should you wish to cancel your service, then we
shall refund 50% of the amount paid if you cancel before the 15th of
the month. No refunds can be given after the 15th of the month in which
you decide to cancel your service. Please note that this is subject to
terms and condtions and not guaranteed.
Q: Do you take backups?
A: We take images of our servers regularly,
but it is
not possible to recover individual client data from these. You can back
up your site yourself from the control panel, or request that we
generate and store an off-site backup. There is a very small fee per
gigabyte of data stored.
Q: Do you allow adult websites?
A:
Yes, we host legal adult content. HOWEVER: Should any trace of illegal
pornography [including but not limited to underage pornography] be
found on your account, we WILL suspend it and immediately notify the
correct authorities. We will provide them with all of the details we
have on your account This is a ZERO TOLERANCE POLICY.
