At AshServ, client support is one of our main focuses. We aim to resolve - not just respond to - all queries within 4 hours.
This page lists our support channels - both for new and existing clients.


Phone:  We have operators available 24x7 and several of our technicians on remote divert. We have UK and USA  phone numbers available on our contact page.  If nobody is available to take your call or if you are on hold for more than 60 seconds, you will be invited to leave a voicemail. We do check these and typically respond  within two hours. For general sales questions and simple support questions, we suggest that you give our phone team a try first.

Forums: We have recently set up a forum for AshServ clients: http://forums.ashserv.com.

Email / Tickets: For more complex issues, we suggest that you use our ticketing system. You can send a ticket by emailing us or if you are an existing client, the billing and ticket system. Tickets are monitored 24x7 and are usually responded to within 10 minutes, although this time may increase if we are particularly busy. Existing clients are encouraged to visit our tickets and billing system.

Knowledgebase: We have several articles in our knowledgebase and we are constantly adding more.
